Refund policy

At Laser Sharp Creations, we are dedicated to providing you with meticulously crafted products that reflect our commitment to quality and precision. Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. We encourage our valued customers to thoroughly review product details and specifications before finalising their purchase.

We have taken great care to showcase our products accurately through detailed descriptions and images. If you have any inquiries or concerns about a product, our customer service team is readily available to assist you before you make your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we kindly ask you to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

The customer will need to organise return shipping and send details of this along with the returned item. The shipping costs will then be refunded if the return is accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at lasersharpau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
